1. Acceptance
By using PhotoPuma (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.
2. What PhotoPuma is
PhotoPuma is a free photo editor that runs entirely in your web browser. It edits your images on your own device; it does not upload them to us or provide any account, storage, or backup service. See our Privacy Policy for details.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the images you edit. Because your files never leave your device, we never receive, store, or claim any ownership or license over them. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use and edit the images you work with.
4. Acceptable use
Don't use PhotoPuma to create or distribute unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for harm, or overload the Service.
5. Intellectual property
The PhotoPuma name, site, and software are owned by their author and provided to you under the terms of the project's license. These Terms do not grant you rights to the PhotoPuma brand.
6. Advertising
Landing pages may show third-party ads to keep the Service free. Your use of ads is subject to the ad provider's terms, and is described in our Privacy Policy. Ads never appear over the editor canvas or have access to your photos.
7. No warranty
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that edits and exports will meet your expectations. Always keep your own copies of important images.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author of PhotoPuma will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or images, arising from your use of the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
