Double Exposure Photo Effect — Free Online
Blend two photos into one dreamy image.
How to make a double exposure photo
- 1
Add two photos
Tap Photo and pick both pictures, often a portrait and a landscape or texture. The second one goes on top.
- 2
Choose a blend mode
With the top photo selected, open Edit and pick a blend mode. Screen gives the classic bright double exposure; Multiply darkens; Overlay adds contrast; Lighten and Darken keep only the brighter or darker parts.
- 3
Fine-tune
Lower the opacity to soften the effect, and drag or resize either photo until they line up.
- 4
Save
Tap Export. The blend is saved exactly as you see it.

FAQ
- Which blend mode should I use?
- Most double exposures use Screen on the top photo. A portrait on a plain, bright background underneath and a landscape on top works well.
- Can I blend more than two photos?
- Yes. Every photo is its own layer with its own blend mode and opacity, and you can reorder layers in Layers.
